What is Embrelon?
Embrelon is an early-stage company building prompt-to-product hardware R&D in simulation. A team describes a device and its constraints in plain language. Embrelon's AI-driven pipeline is designed to simulate the full R&D cycle, from CAD and parts sourcing through assembly, firmware, testing and cost, and to output build instructions for robotic manufacturing.
How a run is designed to work
- Prompt. The device, what it must do, and its limits on cost, size, battery and environment.
- CAD. Schematic, PCB layout and the 3D enclosure.
- Sourcing. A bill of materials checked against stock, lead time and price.
- Assembly. Simulated assembly of the board and enclosure.
- Firmware and software. Written for the parts that were chosen.
- Testing. Hardware-in-the-loop and model-based verification.
- Physical world. Heat, drops, water and battery life in the environment the device will live in.
- GPU simulation. The workload of any GPU or accelerator the device carries, skipped when it has none.
- Cost. A cost model across the whole flow, down to the price per unit.
- Output. A step-by-step build file for pick-and-place and assembly robots.
A decision model makes the choices that link one stage to the next.
Where Embrelon is today
Embrelon is in development. The figures on the home page come from an illustrative example run, not measured results. We are looking for design partners: hardware teams who want to try the first stages on a real device and help check the simulation against the bench.
Who is building it
Embrelon was founded by Puranjay Prashanth and Anthony Reyna. You can reach both founders from the contact page.
